MY PHILOSOPHY

Clients arrive in my office for therapy and healing because they are in pain and are ready for change. Their pain can be physical, emotional or spiritual.

Pain manifests itself in myriad symptoms and issues and may be divided into three general categories: trouble with oneself, trouble with your children and trouble with your other relationships.

My clients almost always improve, heal and feel better— sometimes gradually, sometimes quickly, occasional miraculously. I believe in miracles. I have seen them happen in my office and in my clients’ lives time and time again. I am interested in how you act in the world, how you deal with your emotional life, how you think about things, and where and how you find meaning in your life.

When I understand how you approach the world, I can help you to figure out how to live your life in a manner that works better for you. My practice is goal oriented. I do not believe therapy has to be forever. Phobias can often be resolved in a few sessions.

I bring wisdom, experience, knowledge and compassion to my work. I call upon a variety of methodologies, from traditional talk therapy to powerful energy psychology and healing protocols. The purpose of therapy is always the same:  to help you reach your goals and feel better.

I work with everyone from young children to adults. I see clients individually, as couples and as entire families.
